Swift Thoughts
Design
The design of the NYZ Space 2 Earphones is slim and stylish. With 6 different ear tips they’ll fit any ear canal size. There are 3 cone shaped tips: small, medium, and large, which are super comfortable for relaxed listening. Additionally there are 3 rounder shaped tips for a slightly firmer fit. There are ideal if you want to use them when exercising.
Audio Performance
The audio performance is really good given the price point. The bass is punchy but not muddy and the mids and high are clear, smooth and responsive.
Whilst they can’t compete with premium over ear style headphones, the NYZ Space 2 earphones deliver an impressive overall audio experience.
The small form factor is a huge draw for those who like to listen whilst on-the-go, commuting, cycling, exercising etc.
Build Quality
The build quality of the NYZ earphones is again very good given the price point. The case and charging cable are very similar to much higher priced alternatives.
Comfort
Comfort is a very subjective topic when it comes to earphones, but with 6, yes 6, silicone eartips they are bound to satisfy many customers in this department.
Functionality
The NYZ Space 2 earbuds perform excellently. Pairing is quick and automatic after you’ve connected once. Charging is simple and intuitive. Making calls is easy and the sound is very clear.
The only downside is the touch controls. Which you may even never use. They do take a while to get used to, because of the small interface. It’s easy to press a button whilst adjusting the earphones in your ears.

Tech Talk
Bluetooth 5.0 – what does it do?
Bluetooth is a type of wireless technology that helps one device pair with another in order for data (usually audio) to be transferred wirelessly.
You may have noticed a lot of products boast that they have Bluetooth version 5.0 built-in. What’s so special about version 5.0? There have been many improvements within the technology over the years, but in brief Bluetooth 5.0 has these improvements over its predecessors:
- Improved reliability
- Extended range
- Faster data transfer speeds
Improved reliability means that a wireless connection is less likely to suddenly fail for no obvious reason.
Extended range means that a device will stay connected with its paired device across longer distances.
Faster data transfer speeds offers both higher quality audio as well as greatly reduced audio lag when watching video content.
