Swift Thoughts
Design
The Tuinyo TP19 headphones are both stylish and sophisticated. The clean lines and uncluttered profile has a fun and fresh aesthetic appeal. I particularly like the thoughtful colour matching of the memory padding to casing for most colour options.
Note: The two-tone red and black as well as blue and black options are previous generation designs with slightly different button designs.
Audio Performance
The audio performance of the Tuinyo’s is very good overall, especially given the low price point. The 40mm neodymium drivers help produce a nice, broad soundstage with just the right amount of bass enhancement to add contrast and audio dynamism. I found the headphones cope admirably with a wide range of musical genres.
Whilst, they are not technically noise cancelling headphones, I found that do cut out a fair amount of ambient noise. This helps a lot when it comes to immersing yourself in an audio experience.
Build Quality
The build quality of the TP19s is equally as good as the audio. They come with a colour-matched hard clam-shell style protective case which is a very welcome bonus. The control buttons, hinges and material used all feel nice and sturdy so should last quite a while.
Comfort
The comfort of the Tuinyo’s is, yes you’ve guessed it, also very good. I can especially recommend them if you wear glasses. The earcup padding is super squidgy and the headband can be set to minimise the firmness of grip.
Functionality
Creating a good product is an art form. I often find that headphones with a narrow range of functions, perform way above expectation, similar to a painting with a limited, but well chosen, colour palette. Simplicity of design with function should never be under-estimated, in my opinion. Therefore, if you’re looking for a simple, stylish set of wireless headphone without unnecessary clutter or messy brushstrokes then I can thoroughly recommend the Tuinyo TP19 headphones.

FAQs
Q: Are they compatible with a smart TV?
A: Yes. If your TV has Bluetooth, then you just need to find the TV settings page that allows you to pair devices. If your TV does not have Bluetooth you can buy inexpensive Bluetooth transmitters/receivers to upgrade your TV.
Q: Will these connect to Alexa (Echo Dot)?
A: Yes.
Q: Is there an indication of which is the left and right earcup?
A: Yes, there a little L and R to indicate which way around they fit.
Q: How do they fold?
A: There are hinges a couple of inches above each earcup on the headband itself. They simply fold in on themselves, similar to the arms of glasses.
Q: Are the Tuinyo headphones suitable for running in or at the gym?
A: Yes, they fit fine.
Q: What kind of USB is the charging cable?
A: Micro-USB to USB
